Thermoplastic Removal From Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA)

Removal from Bitmac surfaces is also very effective, again with almost complete removal achieved. The shadow created by removal, like removal from HRA surfaces, in the area which has been hydroblasted fades in time.

Our hydroblasting removal from surface dressing is extremely effective. Any thermoplastic remaining after hydroblasting will disappear with the action of traffic and natural weathering.

Hydroblasting removal from concrete is extremely effective with almost 100% removal achieved. Similar to hydroblasting removal from other surfaces, a shadow is left after removal but this will weather away in time.

Hydroblasting removal from block paving is also extremely effective with almost 100% removal achieved. Similar to hydroblasting removal from other surfaces, a shadow is left after removal but this will weather away in time. Re-sanding of the hydroblasted area maybe required, but is not essential.

Hydroblasting cleaning of paved areas is very effective. The hydroblasting cleaning process is ideal for preparing a pavement to accept a protective sealant to repel chewing gum and food stains. Alternatively, removal of tyre marks and a build up of grime is also possible on large area floors such as, warehouses and aircraft hangars.
Airport Line Removal
Removal of line markings from airport runways, aprons and taxiways is achieved with minimal damage to anti-skid grooving, unlike other line removal processes.
Airport Rubber Removal
Removal of rubber from either asphalt or concrete runways exposes the surface texture and thus restores skid resistance to required levels for maximum braking effect.
